A vibrant neighborhood with nearby shops and markets.
I found the room quite small for my liking, particularly the bathroom which felt cramped. There was a persistent noise issue from both the street and the internal building. The cleanliness left much to be desired, as there were noticeable dust spots on the floor and a lingering, unpleasant odor.

The hotel is close to paris montparnasse rer station but very difficult to find. It is closer to edgar quinet tube station and easy to find from there. The room was huge and internet is fast.
The entrance is unsafe as there was construction work going on. The lift is tiny. The staff has bad attitude. I reached paris montparnasse at 2330 and could not find my way so I called up the hotel to ask for direction but the person could not help me. He said just ask anyone and they will help but nobody knew the place. When we reached the hotel the person was boasting about his travels and how he found his way around cities rather than speeding up with the check in process and handing us the room keys. I was in no mood to listen to his saga at that point in the night.

Hotel located at a good location, easy to travel by Metro and also surrounds by many restaurants.
One of the receptionist who couldn't speak English,he doesn't have a service mind.He acts like a Boss of the guests. When we ask for a towels that not enough for two people in one room,he felt boring. He order us not to talk loudly, not to practise exercise in the lobby. He is not friendly to us compare to other receptionist who can speak English,he is friendly, provided every things we asked for.

Loved the location near Montparnasse, tons of food options around! Our room even had a view of the Eiffel Tower, pretty cool. Just wish the bathroom was a bit cleaner and the bed more comfy for a better night's sleep.

The hotel was ok. If you don't have too high expectations then I can recommend it for you. We stayed there 5 nights and didn't have too many problems. The room is not very big and not the cleanest, but it was ok for sleeping and showering. The neighborhood was nice, many cafe and restaurants around, friendly at day and didn't felt so daingarous at night either, but you should always be careful for pickpockets. It's very close to Gare Montparnass, the big metro station, so it's easy to get to most sights.
The staff was friendly but couldn't really speak English, so it was hard to communicate and they couldn't really help if we had any questions. We found a leaking in the radiator, but they fixed it when we copmlained.

Appreciated its extremely friendly and efficient staff.
The room was modern with clean bathroom and central heating, a work desk, and a TV set. The location was particularly good, to urge the hotels that the prices presented should be included in the tax so that the customer pays everything at once, in the very very nice area. There was Ty billig within short walking distance to the hotel.

There are many eating places in this area for breakfast or dinner. The holte is near subway station and one block from a transportation hub, Gare Montparnasse, for trains and buses. Paris has a very good subway system. We used it a lot. But keep in mind that there are a lot of stairs in the subway, but no elevators. So if you have heavy luggage, it will be difficult to carry. The hotel room has desent and is clean and quiet.
Bathroom has a folding doors that doen't close off from bedroom. The shower has only a hand held shower head. We also wish it has a hair dryer.

The only thing that was good about this hotel was the location - proximity to Gare Montparnasse as I was travelling on from there.
This hotel was not even up to 1 star standard. The single room was, with the exception of pristine white sheets, like a filthy cupboard with a weird bright green light in the shower. Breakfast at 5 euros for a small piece of baguette and tea was overpriced. I cancelled the second night on my return trip and moved around the corner.
